There has been a guilty plea from a Fraser Valley man, after “Creep Catchers” nabbed him a few months ago.
Sixty-seven-year-old Don Putt has pleaded guilty to one count of child luring and is scheduled to be sentenced Thursday.
Putt was busted by Creep Catchers in October at a Chilliwack fast food restaurant.
He apparently thought he was meeting up with a 12-year-old boy, and instead it was someone from Creep Catchers.
A video of the exchange was posted online.
Putt’s sentencing will mark the first time a Creep Catchers sting in Canada has resulted in jail time.
He’s facing a six month sentence.
