A snowfall warning is in effect for the Fraser Valley.
Environment Canada says another 15 cm of snow may fall Sunday over the eastern Fraser Valley, including Chilliwack, and rain mixed with snow with a risk of freezing rain are forecast for western parts, including Abbotsford.
Global BC Meteorologist Michael Kuss says as we get into next week, the arctic air pushes in and clears out all the snow and rain with cooler temperatures and highs of zero and lows of minus 6-10 degrees.

Kuss says temperatures are going to drop-off Sunday night, and then overnight that’s going to create some problems with the all the rain Metro Vancouver received this weekend with the potential for flash freezing Monday morning.
Simon Fraser University’s Burnaby campus has opened today for exams.
