The big snow is now expected in Metro Vancouver tomorrow evening.
The latest from Global B.C.’s Mark Madryga.
“After a sunny, cold day Wednesday; it will only be zero for a high. We’ll be clear again Wednesday night, down to minus 6 for a low. Now, the clouds with the incoming system will slowly roll in Thursday, but no snow until likely dinner time or so, say 6 o’clock, through Thursday night looks snowy, and snow right into Friday morning as well. Accumulations will be significant. The transition into mixed rain and snow won’t happen until probably mid-day Friday.”
The second expected round of snow this week comes after snowfall in Metro Vancouver, Greater Victoria, Fraser Valley west – including Abbotsford, and east Vancouver Island this past Monday.
