A number of B.C. Ferries sailings have been cancelled due to high winds.
Right now, there are no sailings running between Tsawwassen and Swartz Bay.
The Queen of New Westminster also had both the 10:15 a.m. and 12.45 a.m. trips cancelled between Tsawwassen and Duke Point.
Deborah Marshall with B.C. Ferries says despite the sunny skies, conditions are rough at sea.
“We are experiencing high winds across the Strait so that has been affecting our service to and from our Tsawwassen terminal. The winds are predicted to come down this afternoon though so we are just monitoring the weather to see what time we can resume service.”
