You’ve heard of people getting paid to wait in line for concert tickets or the latest Apple release, but now you can cash in on camping out at a pre-sale line up for a condo.
Or can you?
A job ad has surfaced on social media promising successful applicants $1,800 if they wait in line for a condo pre-sale queue.
Applicants are told they simply need to provide a chair, some food and a sleeping bag.
But is it real?
“They obviously want to drum up a litte bit more attention.”
That, from realtor Steve Saretsky with Sutton West Coast Realty, who suspects it could all be just a marketing ploy.
“I think it’s a development where I don’t think they’re going to have any issues selling it. I certainly think this is only going to make it easier for them.”
The development is thought to be in the Lougheed area.
The ad says the sale takes place between November 28 and December 3.
