Charges have been approved in a deadly collision that happened a year ago at West 41st Avenue and Oak Street in Vancouver.
Police say the suspect vehicle may have been going 143 kilometres an hour.
A 68 year old Vancouver resident was driving to work at Oakridge Mall when he was hit.
He was rushed to hospital but didn’t survive.
The driver in the other vehicle suffered only minor injuries.
Thirty-five-year-old Ken Chung of Richmond has now been charged with dangerous driving causing death.
