More delays for SkyTrain passengers this morning at the hands of the system’s newest train.
TransLink spokesperson Anne Drennan says the Mark-III train was pulled from service after a mechanical issue at Scott Road station.
She says disruption lasted about 15 minutes.
Drennan says the transit authority is aware of some lingering bugs in the system.
“TransLink engineers ect. are working hard to resolve the glitches that have surfaced. It’s believed that those issues can be resolved fairly shortly.”
Yesterday, a Mark-Three stalled at Lougheed station because of a power surge, and during testing last month one ran out of power.
Expo line trains are now running normally again.
