A new poll from Mainstreet/Postmedia looking into approval ratings for premiers across Canada shows approval for Christy Clark by British Columbians sits at 39 per cent – while 52 per cent of the 659 polled disapproved of her leadership, with a margin of error of 3.82 per cent.
Her national approval rating remains the same, while only 28 per cent disapproving.
This contrasts with September’s quarterly poll from the Angus-Reid Institute, which showed Clark with a 34 per cent approval rating, and 60 per cent disapproval.
P.E.I’s Wade MacLauchlan is the most popular at home, with an approval rating of 55 per cent.
The least popular?
Ontario’s Kathleen Wynn, with 71 per cent.
5525 people across Canada were polled, with an overall margin of error of 1.32 per cent.
