Two people are doing well after a helicopter crash in Langley tonight.
Speaking to Global News, Bill Yearwood with the Transportation Safety Board says an amateur-built helicopter crashed onto McLeod Field near Glover Road at 64th Avenue just after 5.
They had taken off from Langley Airport moments earlier.
The helicopter flipped onto its side during the landing, but did not catch fire.
It’s not known why the duo crashed.
No details on the pilot or passenger has been released.
Neither were seriously injured.
The TSB are investigating.
