A BCIT student is awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to two charges after students were filmed in a bathroom on the institute’s main Burnaby campus.
Twenty-three-year-old Chieh-Sen (Jason) Yang pleaded guilty in Provincial Court in Vancouver to two counts of “secretly observing nudity in a private place.”
He’ll be sentenced in October.

BCIT did not make the information public until months after the charges were laid and took a lot of heat for that decision.
