B.C.’s Director of Civil Forfeiture is seeking to acquire a White Rock home used as a drug lab.
The lab produced powerful illegal drugs and was under investigation by the Combined Forced Special Enforcement Unit.
Documents filed in B.C. Supreme Court say the home is owned by Navjot Singh Basi.
It was the subject of a drug trafficking investigation — allegedly run by a man named Frederic Wilson-Koonpackdee.
Last May the CFSEU searched the property and found a fentanyl and cocaine production operation.
The search revealed firearms, bags of precursor chemicals and machinery to pump out pills.
Now, the civil forfeiture boss wants all the cash generated from the property’s drug op since May 2015.
None of the allegations have been tested in court.
