With the break in hot weather, the campfire ban blanketing the coast is being lifted at noon tomorrow.

The province is lifting the ban across the coastal fire centre — with the exception of the southern third of Vancouver Island.
The move comes after weekend rain in Metro Vancouver and parts of the island, with more in the forecast.
Fireworks and open fires wider than three meters remain banned across the region.
