Langley Mounties say there’s been a conviction across the pond in the UK for a BC man.
Langley local Glen Schulz has plead guilty to two counts of arranging a child sex offence.
He’s also pleaded guilty to one count of distributing indecent images.
He will be serving just under nine years in prison in the UK.
The conviction came through a joint investigation by officials in Langley and in the UK.
Last May, an undercover officer from the UK, pretending to be a single father of two young girls, contacted Schulz.
He’d found Schulz’s information through a site known for the sharing of child exploitation material.
Schulz had told the officer he’d be willing to sexually abuse the undercover officer’s fictitious children.
Schulz was eventually arrested after setting foot on UK soil.
