BC Corrections is warning the public about a prolific high risk sex offender who’s on the move to Mission.
Conway has a lengthy record of preying on young children, and last February made it only a week before breaching his court-ordered conditions.
In that instance, he sat next to a teen girl on a TransLink bus.
He was arrested again in April on the SkyTrain, wearing clothes with the Surrey Fire Department logos on them, using a teddy bear to strike up conversations with young girls.
And last August, Abbotsford residents were outraged he had been placed in a halfway house in their city.
His home was broken into and flooded, and vandalized repeatedly.
He’s described as a repeat offender, with three convictions for child sex offences.
Conway is subject to close monitoring as well as 25 court-ordered conditions, but authorities are reminding the public that he has maintained a versatile pattern of sexual offending against female children.
