One of two men accused in a sexual assault case near UBC has died.
The B.C. Coroners Service has confirmed that 28-year-old David Singh Tucker died at the Surrey Pre-Trial Services Centre on Sunday, but his body was not found until the next morning.
Barb McLintock with the Coroners Service says the cause of death is unknown, and the case is under investigation.
