A pair of Washington brothers wanted for the murder of a B.C. woman and her American husband have reportedly been spotted in Mexico.
The Seattle Times reports search warrant records filed today indicate there have been several sightings of 53-year-old John Reed and his 49-year-old brother Tony who stand accused of killing Monique Patenaude and her husband Patrick Shunn.
Court documents later revealed John Reed had been their former neighbour, that the couple had had a string of aggressive run-ins with him, and had expressed fear that he could turn violent.
Police later reported the men had travelled through Phoenix, Arizona, switching cars and potentially fleeing for the southern border.
