I love movies, I’ll see just about anything, and before I had kids and became a responsible adult sometimes I would go see a bad movie just to have some popcorn.
I don’t get out to the theatre as much as I used to, but hey we’ve got Netflix now, so what else do you need?
Well it turns out, since Netflix exploded in popularity, everyone is getting into the streaming game.
In the US they have Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go, Amazon Prime, among others; here in Canada add Shomi and Crave to that list.
Well add another one to the list; Filmstruck is a service from Turner Classic Movies and Criterion Collection that features over 1,000 classic films aimed at cinephiles.
It’s really interesting how the world of streaming is getting more fragmented and niche, so much so that you will be able to stream whatever you want but you may need to be subscribed to 6 different services.
I think I enjoy Adam Sandler and Transformers movies too much for this service to be a good choice for me, but it’s very interesting to see how things are going.
