Members of the Vancouver Canucks are speaking to the media, fresh off one of the worst seasons in club history.
Team captain Henrik Sedin, his brother Daniel, Alex Burrows, and Dan Hamhuis were among the first group to meet the media to answer for a 28th place finish in the NHL.
All four seemed to stress the need for the organization to get younger, reaffirming they trust team president Trevor Linden and general manager Jim Benning have a plan in place to get Vancouver back into contention.
What we know is the players still seem to have he back of head coach Willie Desjardins despite their miserable finish. Daniel Sedin says the coach is liked in the locker room and his future has never even been a question.
Both Burrows and Hamhuis are under the microscope as their status with the team remains up in the air, but both seemed to indicate their desire to return.
