A victorious night for the Vancouver Canucks.
There were a lot of shots but not a lot of goals in the first period… until the final couple minutes, when Sven Baertschi and Derek Dorsett each put a puck past Predators goalie Pekka Rinne to take them 2-0 into the second period.
Nashville held on through the second period, with Mike Fisher trying to narrow the gap with a goal 10 minutes in.
Bo Horvat answered Fisher’s goal with one of his own about a minute later.
Nashville’s Colton Sissons put the second of Nashville’s 2 goals past Miller with less than 5 minutes left, closing the second period.
After a nearly scoreless third period, Daniel Sedin fired one last shot into Nashville’s net with less than a minute to spare, sealing the Canucks’ victory 4-2.
The Canucks will host the Winnipeg Jets on Monday at 7.
