Vancouver Police are releasing a composite sketch as they try to identify a man who left the scene of a strange accident that lead to the death of a 45-year-old cyclist.
The night of January 6th, police were called to help with an unconscious cyclist on the sea wall near Science World.
Witnesses say a man had been digging through a nearby garbage bin, tossing items out, and one of the heavier items hit the cyclist, knocking him to the ground.
He later died in hospital.
The binner is described as Aboriginal, 30 to 40 years old, six feet tall, medium build with shoulder-length black hair.
