The man accused of gunning down a Yaletown bike shop owner almost two years ago has been ordered to stand trial in BC Supreme Court.
62-year-old Gerald Battersby faces ten counts in all including five of attempted murder using a restricted weapon.
Battersby pleaded not guilty to the charges in Provincial Court.

His former boss, Paul Dragon, was shot in broad daylight in June of 2014.
Dragon recovered despite initially being in critical condition.
The shooting set off a police chase along the False Creek seawall towards Science World and shut down that part of the city for hours.
