It wouldn’t be until halfway through the second period Bo Horvat put the Canucks ahead 2-1.
John-Michael Liles evened the score for the Hurricanes with barely more than 2 minutes left in the third period.
But Bo Horvat saved the day in overtime, scoring with just over a minute left for a 3-2 win over Carolina.
