The Law Society of B.C. is not giving up its case against an evangelical Christian school in Langley.
Last month, a judge ruled against the society in its bid to deny recognition to grads from Trinity Western University’s law school.
The society took issue with the university’s covenant that forbids students from relationships outside of heterosexual marriage.
The judge had said the society had been unfair.
On Tuesday, the society says it will appeal because the issue needs more debate.
