A Fraser Valley RCMP officer has been ordered off the force for sexual misconduct.
Chilliwack RCMP Const. Daniel Marshall was ordered to resign, after six allegations of sexual misconduct were found to be substantiated.
Marshall was the subject of a public hearing earlier this month in which two women testified that they had sexual encounters with Marshall after meeting him during the course of his police work.
Another woman accused him of telling her “only naked girls could ride in his police car.”
A teenage group-home resident also testified a conversation with Marshall left her scared.
Marshall denied all of the accusations, but an RCMP spokesperson says the board ordered him to resign within two weeks, adding he is no longer with the force.
