With Candians loaded up on turkey and stuffing, retailers are ready for shoppers to spend a lot of time and money in stores tomorrow.
RedFlagDeals.com‘s Brand Director Jeff Novak explained Black Friday sales didn’t give incentive for Canadians to shop, but expects Boxing Day to be similar to last year.
“It’s really a time for people to buy things for themselves because it’s after the holidays. You’re less likely to be buying Christmas gifts. I think we’re going to see good sales this year.”
Electronics like TVs and game consoles will likely have good sales and advises people to be smart shoppers, he added.
“Really concentrate on the things you want first. Get those, and then you can go look around and see the other stuff.”
Apart from electronics, Novak is anticipating house ware items like coffee brewers and dining sets will be the deals to look for.
