B.C. shoppers’ habits are more efficient than the rest of Canadians, according to a recent survey.
eBay spokesperson Camille Kowalewski says British Columbians are highly practical.
“B.C. residents, more than any other Canadians, are more comfortable in giving second hand gifts.”
She says British Columbians are far more likely to re-sell unwanted gifts to buy better ones or donate to charity.
Mobile shopping habits are also highest in B.C.
Kowalewski has a tip to help prevent over-spending.
“Go in with a specific plan of what you’re looking for and what the price point is that you’re looking at to actually score.”
It rings true for after Christmas as well.
