Fraser Health wants people to avoid spending time in the waiting room of a doctor’s office.
Although holidays are often filled with temptation, spokesperson Tasleem Juma shares some common ways to stay healthy.
“If you’re sick, stay home, try to eat well. It is a season where we like to indulge ourselves, to drink responsibly, and to try and get enough sleep and exercise.”
Juma suggests filling prescriptions and booking appointments as soon as possible in preparation for holiday closures.
