There is a new leader at the helm of the Vancouver Park Board.
Former Vice-Chair Sarah Kirby-Yung was elected by the NPA-dominated board during the last Park Board meeting of the year.
The tourism industry veteran is serving her first term as a commissioner, and will replace outgoing chair John Coupar.
