Vancouver Police are investigating a possible case of attempted child luring yesterday.
They say the report came from a 14-year-old girl, who said two men in a grey mini-van near 17th and Fraser gestured for her to approach them.
Police say she ignored them, but one man got out of the van, followed her, and called out for her to get into the van.
The girl reportedly went to a nearby coffee shop.
One of the suspects did too, but made not attempt to touch her or speak to her before leaving.
Police are now reviewing video, and hoping to identify a suspect – described as a white man in his 50’s, 6-feet tall with a medium to heavy build, wearing blue jeans, a black toque and a hoodie under a zip up jacket.
