No charge will be laid against a police officer whose car hit and killed a 14-year-boy in Abbotsford.
Maracus Larabie was riding a skateboard on Boxing Day last year when he was struck at Mill Lake Road and West Bourquin.
An off-duty police officer was behind the wheel, driving home.
The police watchdog sent a report to Crown, saying the officer may have committed an offence.
Crown now says the officer has been cleared because the evidence could not prove any careless driving offences.
