Home sales are up, and supply is down, across Metro Vancouver.
The Real Estate Board of Metro Vancouver says sales of residential property topped thirty-six hundred in October, a nineteen percent jump compared to the same month in 2014.
The supply of homes for sale is the lowest the board has seen in five years.
The benchmark price for all residential properties across Metro Vancouver is 736 thousand dollars.
That’s a fifteen percent spike over the same time last year.
