More than 500,000 British Columbians turned out to vote in advance polls this Thanksgiving weekend.
That’s 71 percent more than in 2011, though voters had an extra day to make their mark.
Victoria, which is locked in a tight race between the NDP and Green candidate saw the best turnout with more than 17-thousand ballots cast.
While Richmond Centre had the lowest turnout — at just under seven-thousand.
Election day is next Monday October 19th.
