More evidence the local housing market continues to be red hot.
Royal Lepage is out with its House Price Survey for the third quarter of 2015, and it shows the aggregate price of a home in the region rose 12.9%, to just over $982,000.
The median price for a bungalow rose 19% to over $1-million, while that for a two-storey house rose 13% to $1.2 million, and the price for a condo rose 4% to $462,000.
The biggest increases were in Richmond and Burnaby.
