Child-killer Allan Schoenborn has a court date on Friday in New Westminster.
That’s according to Dave Teixeria, who speaks for the mother of Schoenborn’s three children.
He says the hearing is about the Crown trying to designate Schoenborn a high-risk accused.
Teixeria calls this hearing a stall tactic in that process.
“He’s constantly delayed hearings, he’s decided to show up or not show up, he’s stalled the proceedings.”
A “high-risk accused” designation would push Schoenborn’s hearing for more freedom from his psychiatric hospital from every year to every three years.
He was found not criminally responsible for killing his three children in Merritt in 2008.
