A well-known North Vancouver lawyer – who’s represented many professional athletes in this city – has been suspended by The Law Society for professional misconduct.
The Law Society says the misconduct relates to lawyer Ron Perrick’s representation of a client in matters arising from two motor vehicle accidents.
David Jordan speaks on behalf of The Law Society….
“He was suspended for 30 days for two primary reasons one, failure to serve his client in a conscientious, diligent and efficient manner and the other, failure to reply reasonably and promptly to letters from opposing counsel.”
Perrick must also pay costs of nearly $20,000.
