A man who pleaded guilty to three charges, following a brutal assault in Strathcona made another appearance in court today.
It was revealed Caleb Heaton has yet to be seen by a psychologist.
The judge granted a thirty day extension to Heaton’s ‘Dangerous Offender Assessment,’ which was asked by both the Crown and Heaton’s lawyer.
Heaton pleaded guilty to aggravated assault in June, after an attack on a woman in her home in the middle of the day in Strathcona.
She was rescued by passers-by, who heard her screams.
Her attacker held down until police arrived.
