It’s been after a deadly past few days for Air Shows in Europe.
On Thursday, seven people were killed when when two planes collided in Slovakia.
Seven more people were killed at an air show in England on Saturday, and on Sunday one person died after a mid air collision in Switzerland.
CBS Aviation Transportation Safety Analyst Mark Rosenker says these accidents could prompt some rule changes.
“The one over in England was highly unusual in that you’re not supposed to be doing any of the aerobatic or stunts over the audience or over people’s houses, or over highways. And how this aircraft got to that roadway is certainty going to be a question.”
Rosenker says it will take a while to find out how all three of these accidents happened.
“Well in the United States, an accident like what we just saw in England for example…that’s a major accident investigation. It wouldn’t surprise me, it could last as long as a year.”
Officials say the death toll in the England accident is expected to rise.
