Vancouver police say high-risk sex offender Darren Wheatley has been found by police and arrested without incident.
Wheatley didn’t return to his halfway house on Thursday night, and was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.

Vancouver Police are looking for yet another sex offender who has wandered away from his halfway house.
Darren Wheatley is wanted Canada-wide for breaching his court-imposed release conditions.
He’s a two-time federal offender who did ten years behind bars on two counts of sexual assault, sexual assault causing bodily harm, and attacks involving choking.
This involved three women in Ontario.
He is aboriginal, 45 years old, 230 pounds, and has tattoos of a cow, a skull and a feather on his right upper arm and a script design on his left upper arm.
