It’s quiet on the campaign trail today as the leaders of the three main federal parties take the day off.
Stephen Harper, Tom Mulcair and Justin Trudeau have no events planned for today, while green party leader Elizabeth mMay is at a music festival in Ontario.
A recent poll of British Columbians conducted after Thursday’s debate suggests Trudeau won the federal leader’s debate but Tom Mulcair would make the better choice for prime minister.
Of the more than 1700 sampled, 37 per cent think Mulcair will win the October 19 election.
