Here in BC and across the country, the heat of summer is upon us.
But in two instances this week, women who doffed their tops to catch a breeze had to contend with police officers who may need an updated list of the bylaws.
In BC, there is no law prohibiting toplessness by either men or women in public – it’s completely legal.
So on Afternoon Drive, we had to ask…are we too prudish about nudity?
