Police are looking for two suspects in an East Vancouver home invasion in which a gun was pointed at a seven-year-old girl.
Two men forced their way into the home last month near Boundary Road and Grandview Highway.
Sergeant Randy Fincham says two adults and the girl were inside.
One man pointed a gun at the child, demanding money.
“She went to her parents’ bedroom. The only money she knew about was this jar of change…. She brought the change down and handed that over, hoping these guys would take the money and go.”
The men made off with the coins and other items, including a rare Rolex Yachtmaster watch.
Police are now looking for those two men.
The first is white, 25 to 45 years old, with a slim build, shaved head and full-sleeve tattoos on both arms.
The second was dark-skinned, 20 to 30 yeard old, with a medium build and thin beard.
They were both wearing reflective vests.
