IKEA and the U-S Consumer Product Safety Commission have issued a warning about 27 million chests and dressers after two infants were crushed to death.
The warning as of right now is only in the United States.
The chests and dressers are the MALM three, four, and six drawer chests and dressers.
Apparently if they are not anchored to the wall they can tip over.
Two MALM chests tipped over crushing a two year old boy in Pennsylvania, and a 23 month old child in Snohomish, Washington State.
IKEA is offering free wall-anchoring kits.
