Kids benefit from having working moms
That’s the headline from the Harvard Business School, which recently released a a study on working moms and the influence they have on their children.
Findings were consistent across across 24 countries:
- Women whose moms worked outside the home are more likely to have jobs higher in responsibility and higher in pay.
- Men raised by working moms are more likely to contribute to household chores and spend more time caring for family members.
