A 58-year-old man, whose name has not been released, died after he suffered a serious head injury while out for a walk at the beach.
Police say he wasn’t able to describe what had happened to him.
Homicide investigates have identified some witnesses, at the beach or at the man’s building, they would like to speak with.

Police say they are not suspects, just that they might have some details to help solve the case.
