Guilty or not guilty?
Two Transit Police officers facing serious charges after a pepper spraying incident more than three years ago at a Vancouver skytrain station will learn their fate tomorrow.
Bruce Shipley and Alfred Wong are accused of assault, fabricating evidence and breach of trust.
The alleged victim was assaulted and pepper-sprayed on Seymour Street just outside the Granville skytrain station.
At the time, he was 27 years old.
The Constables have been on administrative duties ever since charges were approved.
