A Delta teacher has been disciplined for harassing a fellow teacher.
According to the BC Teacher Regulation Branch, Michael James Holbrook superimposed pictures of a male colleague onto posters of topless men dressed as sailors, with a caption of the school name and LGBT.
The posters were put up on the school’s Rainbow Day last year, meant to raise awareness about LGBT issues.
Holbrook initially denied making the posters, but later confessed to making them on a classroom computer.
The Delta School District suspended him for five days, and he was ordered to complete a bullying and harassment in the workplace training program.
