The brother of the 19-year-old man stabbed to death in Whistler over the May long weekend says his family can’t believe he’s gone.
Milos Gordic says his brother, Luka, had been studying to become a plumber.
And Milos says he wants the violence among young people to stop.
“It seems like every weekend, there’s something, some stabbing and … it’s gotta stop,” he said. “I don’t know what my family’s going to do. It’s just terrible news. We’re stuck right now. We’re broken.”
Condolences have been pouring in on social media, as friends and family remember the Burnaby Central Secondary grad as a kind, sweet guy.
RCMP are still looking for witnesses in Luka’s death.
