On Thursday morning, The Toronto Sun featured this cartoon in response to an incident out of Toronto on Sunday.
For the last year, the FHRITP trend has been plaguing reporters across the globe. For those not familiar, the ‘joke’ is to run up to a reporter while they are live on air, and scream “F— her right in the P—-” in the background, for viewers to hear.
In the incident on Sunday, Shauna Hunt, a City TV reporter, called out men at the TFC game in Toronto who were waiting to pull the prank on her.
One of the men in the video has since lost his job at HydroOne, one of Ontario’s biggest employers.
The Toronto Sun doesn’t seem to be a stranger to shocking political cartoons; in the wake of publishing this one, it’s been noted that they faced heat from Olivia Chow about a cartoon they published last fall.

What do you think of the cartoon? Is it poking harmless fun, or misunderstanding the City TV incident from the weekend?
