An inquest has been called into the murder-suicide of a Prince Rupert woman and her teenage son, who had autism.
Almost a year ago, Angie Robinson took her own life and that of her 16-year-old son, Robert.
At the time, her family said Robbie had become “uncontrollable” and “violent,” but Angie couldn’t get the help she needed from the ministry of children and families.
The coroner will now hold an inquest to determine if anything can be done to prevent similar deaths.
No date has been set.
