A month into the transit funding plebiscite, and just 15-percent of registered Metro Vancouver voters have returned their ballots.
About 1.6-million people are eligible to cast a ballot in the plebiscite.
So far, more than 235-thousand have returned it.
97-thousand ballots returned come from Vancouver residents, accounting for 23-percent of voters.
42-thousand have come back in from Surrey.
Communities with the lowest percentage turnout so far: Anmore, New Westminster, Port Moody, Pitt Meadows and Bowen Island.
